Added Patch for enigmail bug 230617 and fix for enigmail bug 5134 that was the original cause to bug 230617
I have updated to the latest enigmail for mozilla-1.6 and fixed some bugs in the l10n scripts.
The folowing l10n packages is almost fully localized de-AT, es-ES, fr-FR, ja-JP, pl-PL and sv-SE.
The others is almost fully localized but is missing one or more components.
Synced with latest cooker and updated to enigmail 0.83.5.

Mozilla-bonobo is a browser plugin. It "bridges" the browser to bonobo, the
GNOME component technology. It tries to support the Netscape 4 plugin API,
